For Venue Owners

An automated CRM for your venue

Fully automated, running 24/7: it answers every inquiry in seconds in your voice, follows up until the date books, schedules the tour, and runs the booking through to the signed contract. Two plans, one price each. Pick one and get on with running events.

$0/month

15% on bookings we send you

  • Your venue listed in the collection with your photos, promoted across our channels
  • Real event leads from people browsing this site and texting us every day
  • SMS lead qualifier: date, guest count, and budget confirmed before a lead ever reaches you
  • Straight to your inbox: qualified leads arrive by email and text. No new software to learn, nothing to switch.
  • Client follow-ups handled: we keep the conversation moving until the booking is yours
  • Your identity protected: no address, no direct contact shown until a real inquiry lands
  • You pay only when an event closes. Nothing otherwise.

The two plans are never sold apart. Membership includes the network, because a CRM without leads is just software.

The math, plainly

What the $199 actually costs you

On Network you pay us 15% of every booking we send you. On Membership that drops to 10%. On a $6,000 booking that is $600 instead of $900, so you keep an extra $300 on that one date. Book about $4,000 a month from our leads and the rate drop alone covers the $199. Past that line the subscription has paid for itself, and every extra dollar the rate drop saves you is yours.

What the 10% is charged on

The 10% is on the money a booking actually brings in: the room rental and the add-ons alike. Here is why the add-ons count: the CRM is the one selling them. It offers the extra hour, the catering, and it books them. It earns on what it sells for you. What it never touches: refundable security deposits, staffing costs or cleaning fees. Commission comes due only on money you have received.

Compared to hiring someone

A booking coordinator on commission costs you a salary plus a cut of every event, goes home at six, and brings zero leads of their own. The CRM answers at 11pm on a Saturday, follows up until the date books or dies, takes its 10% only when money comes in, and comes with a lead network attached.

How you get leads with us

01

The collection brings inquiries

People browse the venues on this site every day and ask us to find them a room. Those are real event leads, not lists.

02

Members hear first

When a network lead fits your venue, member venues get it first. Your rooms stay in front of the line.

03

Members' own leads get worked too

On Membership, the same CRM answers and follows up on the leads from your website, your socials, and your walk-ins. Same speed, same voice, same 10%.

The fine print, in plain words

  • Membership is $199 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing portal link in your receipt; you keep access through the end of the paid month.
  • Commission (15% Network, 10% Membership) comes due only on money you have actually received from a booking, and never on refundable security deposits, staffing costs, or cleaning fees. It applies to bookings the system works, wherever the final invoice is cut.
  • You will confirm the terms and the monthly renewal at checkout before anything is charged.
