Private Venue (privatevenue.ai) is operated by Private Venue Management LLC ("we," "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, your inquiries about hosting an event at a venue in our collection, and, if you are a venue owner or operator, your participation in our venue partner plans. By using this site, submitting an inquiry, or joining a plan, you agree to these terms.

About this site

This website presents a curated collection of private event venues and lets you tell us about the event you are planning. We connect you with venues that fit. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking. All venue rentals are governed by a separate written booking agreement between you and the venue, and a date is reserved only when the retainer or deposit described in that agreement has been paid.

Inquiries and communication

When you submit an inquiry, you agree to be contacted by us and by the venues we match you with by phone, email, and, if you consented, text message, about your event. Some of our replies are automated. Text messaging terms: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Pricing, availability, and venue details

Prices shown as "Starting from" are the venue's typical minimum rental and are informational. Availability, capacity, amenities, and other venue details on this site are provided by the venue or drawn from public listings and may change until confirmed in a signed booking agreement. Final pricing depends on your date, duration, guest count, and services. Venue locations are shown at neighborhood precision; exact addresses are shared when you inquire.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate information in your inquiries. We may decline or discontinue service for inquiries that are fraudulent, abusive, automated, or unrelated to legitimate event bookings.

Venue partner plans

Venue owners and operators may join the collection under one of two plans. The plans are never sold separately: Membership includes the Network.

• Network: listing is free and there is no monthly fee. When we send you a lead and that client books, you pay us 15% of what you actually receive, never on refundable security deposits, staffing costs, or cleaning fees. Bookings you get on your own are not commissionable. Tell us when one of our leads books. If a booking goes unreported and we find out, we invoice the commission and you have fifteen days to pay; only if it is still unpaid after that does your listing pause, until it is settled. Nothing beyond the commission is owed.
• Membership: $199 per month plus a commission of 10% on every booking the system works.
• Commissionable revenue: commission is calculated on the amounts the venue actually receives for a booking, including room rental and all add-ons, and excludes refundable security deposits, staffing costs, and cleaning fees. There is no per-event cap.

Commission accrues only on funds actually received and applies to bookings the system works regardless of where the final invoice is issued. Venue partners warrant that they have the right to list the venue and to license the photos and descriptions they supply, and grant us a license to display them on this site and in our marketing. Either party may end a listing with notice; bookings already in progress remain subject to these terms.

Pending counsel: the full venue listing agreement and content license, the leakage clause, grandfathering language for existing venues, and the collections terms. The rates and rules above are the operating terms as of the effective date.

Membership billing and cancellation

Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You will confirm the price, the renewal, and these terms at checkout before any charge. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal link in your receipt; access continues through the end of the paid month. Commission owed on bookings the system worked before cancellation remains due.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, video, and branding, is the property of Private Venue Management LLC, our venue partners, or their licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or from any venue's performance under its booking agreement. Nothing in these terms limits the rights and obligations set out in a signed booking agreement, which governs all venue rentals.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
